Gizmo will never sell, trade, or share your information with anyone not directly involved with your application.

In order for us to provide you the best health insurance quote possible, you need to first complete a few census questions - gender, age and zip code, on the second page of the site. Later in the registration process you will be asked to provide contact information such as name and email address. We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest only.  Gizmo will only communicate via your preferred form of communication, so please review and update your personal information often.

2. We use a third party, to provide some of the rate information displayed on GizmoHealth.com. Unfortunately for reasons beyond our control, this information, may not always be accurate. Please call 312-884-5150 immediately if you think you have found an error.
